Starting fee: 200 PLN (about 45€)+ bond 100 PLN (about 22€). The bond will be given back after the 9th round. It will  be paid in cash by participants during the registration.

Age: no limitation
Performance: Polish federation performance 1800+ or FIDE rating over 1700 or all players with titles CM, WCM, FM, WFM. IM, WIM, GM, WGM regardless the FIDE rating

Criteria used for ranking and prizes distribution
Number of points, Buchholz Cut 1, Buchholz, progress, greater number of wins,  greater number of games. 

Other

The 10 minutes late for the game without previous notification means that player loses. 
By participating in the tournament, the player gives the organizer the right to take photos and videos with his person and to use them.
